Who We Are
A Family-Owned Investment Portfolio Built Over Time
Ivy Park Properties began with Jac Parks’ father, J.D. Parks, who used a small-town electronics business to fund real estate acquisitions and build the foundation of the portfolio. In 2020, management control passed to Jac, continuing the company’s family-operated structure while bringing a new generation of leadership to the business.
