The Caribbean development is planned as a 72-key ultra-luxury boutique resort with a blend of branded residential and nightly offerings.
The concept includes a waterfront arrival, jetty, destination spa, multiple food and beverage outlets, an outdoor venue, and shoreline improvements across approximately six developable acres and 137,000 built square feet.
The project has received strong initial support from the Government of St. Lucia and is currently pursuing entitlements, along with brand and development partners.
